Seventh graders in Ms. Weber, Ms. Kusz, and Mrs. Frayler’s math classes at North Shore Middle School recently had an educational and fun Integer Game Day. To culminate their study of integers, students were asked to design a board or card game as their final project to help practice integer skills. On October 8, 2009, all three teams met in the library to play and evaluate each other’s games. The teachers and students all agreed that the day was a great success! The math teachers remarked, “The seventh graders were actively engaged and excited about Integer Game Day since the games incorporated creativity along with a clear focus of integer concepts
