Sea Cliff Elementary fifth graders unveiled a beautiful tile mosaic during the final days of school as the culmination of a year-long project. Art Teacher Marissa Sondo said, “It has been a Sea Cliff tradition for fifth graders to leave behind a special gift to the school. This year, the fifth grade project was based on the theme Peacing it together." She added, “It was created with Jane Irvine, a local artist in Sea Cliff and a parent in the community.”
The mosaic is suspended in the main entry way of the school and will welcome all those who enter now and in the future. Please look up as you walk into Sea Cliff Elementary School and admire this special gift!
