BUDGET BOOTCAMP WORKSHOP

Join Us! Budget Bootcamp Workshop, Thursday, January 27, 2022, in the North Shore High School Library, 7 PM

Please join Interim Superintendent Dr. Tom Dolan and Assistant Superintendent for Business Ms. Olivia Buatsi as they host a Budget Bootcamp Workshop on Thursday, January 27, 2022, at 7 pm in the North Shore High School Library.

Dr. Dolan stated, “This will be an introductory course on how school budgets are built, the vocabulary that is a part of budget process, our budget goals, and an overview of what our next three months will look like prior to the North Shore Schools Budget Vote on Tuesday, May 17, 2022.”

Dr. Dolan continued, “We welcome members of our new Community Budget Forum who will be at this informative workshop and will participate in other training and important conversations during the budget season.”

Dr. Dolan reiterated that this workshop will not detail the upcoming 2022-23 North Shore Budget. He concluded by saying, “This interactive Budget Bootcamp Workshop will allow anyone interested to become a better student of the budget process. The initial Superintendent Budget Presentation will take place at the next school board meeting on Thursday, February 3, 2022, in the North Shore High School Library.”
