Going to NY State Championships

North Shore shines in business again with Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA). Congratulations to North Shore High School Students including Jonathan Versocki - Personal Finance and Sofia Tulumello- Principles of Entrepreneurship.

High School Business Education Teacher Ms. Lauren Sandback said, “North Shore had 35 students compete in the Regional Conference this past December 13th at Plainview Old Bethpage High School. Out of the 35 participants at North Shore, we have 2 students who were selected to move onto the State Championships in Rochester, New York.”

DECA prepares student emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the world.
