Three Advancing to NY State History Day Competition at SUNY Oneonta for the First Time in North Shore History!
North Shore Middle School teacher Mr. Francis Tlozckowski said, “We are always incredibly proud of our students at our own North Shore History Day competition. That remains, and always will remain, our main focus: ensuring that all students have the opportunity to engage in meaningful, high-quality historical research.”
He continued, “At the same time, we are thrilled to share that the students who advanced to Long Island History Day at Hofstra University performed exceptionally well this past weekend. Several students earned awards, and some will now move on to the New York State History Day competition at SUNY Oneonta. We have three projects moving to the State competition for the first time in our history of competing!”
